At kvprep, we are committed to providing a quality learning experience for every student. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to be fair about it.

Digital Product Notice

All kvprep courses and bundles are digital products with instant access upon payment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date

Refund requests made after 7 days will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course bundles
  • Any course where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Purchases made during a promotional or discounted period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase through any of the following:

Please include your full name, email address used during registration, and proof of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Changes to This Policy

kvprep reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
